Deka injects petrol and diesel into petrol pumps in Bengaluru

INNISKY, India — Innovative injectors that inject petrol and fuel into petrol and other diesel pumps in the Indian capital of Bangalore have been developed by Deka.

The injectors, which are similar to injectors used in other industrial processes, are being tested by the city’s civic authorities, the company said in a statement on Monday.

It is also using the injectors in a number of other industrial sites in Bengalore, where it has already installed more than 3,000 of the injector systems.

Deka, India’s largest auto parts maker, said it has invested $4 billion in India in the past five years, bringing the total amount invested by Indian auto parts makers to $11 billion.
